Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective date: 17 October 2026

The approach below preserves applicable consumer rights. Test Mode transactions do not collect real money.

Change of mind

Once a report has been successfully delivered and is accessible, change-of-mind cancellation or refund is not offered. This does not exclude rights for a defective/deficient service, non-delivery, duplicate charge or another remedy required by applicable law.

If you request cancellation before report delivery, contact support for review of the payment and delivery status and applicable rights. This application does not provide an automatic cancellation or refund button.

When to contact support

Contact us if you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase, a payment was captured but the correct report cannot be accessed or delivered, or a technical defect prevents the promised service from working. Do not make another payment simply because the tab closed or a success screen was interrupted. Try report recovery first.

Closing checkout before payment is completed is not a captured purchase. A bank debit, pending screen or authorisation alone may need reconciliation. We will check the payment and report-access records rather than assume that every failed checkout has been charged.

Review, correction and applicable refund

Contact support by WhatsApp or email with the payment/order reference, transaction date, amount, contact details needed to reply and a short description. Authorised support staff handle complaints, payment issues and duplicate-charge enquiries. An optional redacted screenshot may help. Never send a password, OTP, UPI PIN or full private recovery credential.

Support will investigate the relevant payment and delivery records, explain the outcome and arrange an applicable correction, restoration of report access or refund where appropriate or required by law. A duplicate captured charge confirmed as unintended will be considered for refund. Technical defects or failed delivery are not excluded by the change-of-mind rule.

A refund, where approved or legally due, will be handled through the payment provider’s supported process, ordinarily to the original payment method. The application does not automatically issue refunds. Completion depends on the provider/bank and applicable requirements; no unsupported settlement deadline or guaranteed outcome is promised.

Complimentary codes and Test Mode

Complimentary access does not create a paid payment record or a cash refund entitlement. If a complimentary report has a technical problem, contact support for assistance.

Current Razorpay Test Mode payments are simulated and do not involve a real charge to refund. If you believe a real debit occurred, contact support with the payment reference for investigation.

Complaints and rights

You may escalate an unresolved payment/service complaint through the support contact below. Applicable statutory complaint-handling and refund obligations take precedence over these terms. Nothing here requires you to give up access to consumer authorities, dispute mechanisms or other remedies available under Indian law.
